• SALES AND GROSS PROFIT IMPROVEMENT - Although not a direct function of Horizon CFO Services, through many years of experience we can act as a sounding board for the client in working with the current sales strategy and recommend additions or changes to help the client obtain improved sales. Horizon CFO Services has worked directly with the purchasing organizations of many companies and can utilize methods in an attempt to improve the overall gross profits of the client through better vendor utilization and management.
• INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - Horizon CFO Services has had direct involvement in the information technology function with many companies for over 30 years. We know the latest technologies and correct IT practices, and can suggest corrective hardware and software solutions. We are experts in utilizing QuickBooks and Turbo Tax software, and we have had exposure to many other software platforms including SAP, Infinium and Business 400.
• TAXES - Horizon CFO Services has experience in federal, state, sales and use tax, personal property taxes and other local tax rules. While tax work is not an area of concentration normally offered by Horizon CFO Services, we have contacts in this specific area that we can utilize when specific advice and guidance is required, or we can work closely with your tax consultants to accomplish the proper filing of all taxes.
• TIMELY AND ACCURATE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS - This discipline is so very important to not only the client's management, but also for the reporting and presentation to outside advisors such as banks, partners, investors, etc. Horizon CFO Services will evaluate the processes utilized by the client and insure that the necessary changes are made to effectively perform this important function. We utilize full monthly reporting with narratives to explain variances, complete with graphic displays to assist management in having the most complete and up-to-date knowledge of their business conditions.

Horizon CFO Services will evaluate the controls in place at the client and make recommendations for changes and strengthening the procedures in line with the client's limitations in personnel.

We utilize long standing relationships with a variety of insurance brokers in order to find the most costs effective way to make sure the risk is covered adequately.
• BOOKKEEPING SERVICES - Horizon CFO Services has a division within the Company that offers detailed bookkeeping services for the client that requires the day-to-day transactions be performed by a competent, trained provider. Utilizing QuickBooks® technology, our division can customize the needs of the client's transactional processing to take care of the daily processing
